Job Description: The Warehouse Administrator provides warehouse support with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This position will also be a liaison with Absen HQ and must speak Mandarin.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares correspondence and documents as directed.
- Contributes to the continual improvement and efficiency of the warehouse.
- Keeps accurate and up-to-date records of all outside vendors.
- Tracks warehouse inventory using SAP tracking system.
- Coordinates with HQ/Manufacturing on shipments and inventory tracking.
- Coordinates with Warehouse and Technical Service departments on shipments for demos, training, trade shows, etc.
- Collects and analyzes data.
- Track trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
- Conducts studies, performs research, and prepares reports.
- Adheres to purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
- Works closely with the receiving department to ensure proper supplies arrive.
- Works closely with the Technical Service Administrator on the RMA process and backs them up as needed.
- Picks/packs/ships orders/RMAs, ensuring accuracy, and following all material packing guidelines.
- Uses forklift to access Absen products and materials inside the warehouse.
- Answers all calls and emails related to Warehouse functions/service related, or forwards to the appropriate correspondent.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
· Assist in managing all Service back-office tools, policies, procedures, and documentation.
· Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
· Manage Technical service calls for work orders, spare parts, and labor service pricing.
· Manage Service contract SLA and assign services internally as needed to meet contractual commitments.
· Assist with placement of service orders, refunds, or exchanges in ERP/CRM/fracking system.
· Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
· Coordinate with sales, service team, and logistics on proper shipping methods.

Physical Requirements:

Education Experience Requirements:
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- AA or Bachelors' degree preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
- SAP experience preferred.
