Job Description

Housing Connector is seeking a Strategic Property Partnerships Specialist to expand and deepen relationships with property owners and managers to unlock housing for individuals and families at risk of homelessness. In this role, you will cultivate and manage a portfolio of property partners, communicate our value proposition, and coordinate with service providers to match residents with available units. You will analyze property performance data, address barriers to leasing, and provide timely support and financial assurance information. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will help refine partnership strategies, support technology adoption, and contribute to scaling our impact in high-cost markets nationally.
