Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for onboarding already established client leads, promoting and selling the firm's AI products or services to business owners. This role involves utilizing various sales techniques to secure new business opportunities and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard businesses who have already requested to join our B2C platform
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to showcase benefits
  • Source new business through direct sales
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Communicate with senior management and share your thoughts on how our firm can increase sales and enhance the user experience
  • Lead by example

Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of direct sales experience opening new business relationships
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to learn about new products and market trends

Compensation

  • Hourly rate based on experience
  • Monthly bonus
