Logistics Coordinator/Inside Sales

We are a global company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales / Logistics Coordinator to support our sales operations, warehouse functions, and day-to-day logistics activities. This pivotal role requires strong critical-thinking skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the professionalism to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support communication with our overseas team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, dispatching, carrier coordination, and timely freight delivery.
• Support inside sales activities, including inventory requests, order entry, customer follow-up, and account coordination.
• Serve as the primary liaison among sales staff, freight carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in Excel and internal inventory systems.
• Analyze logistics data to identify delays, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with inventory coordination, receiving updates, and stock availability checks.
• Provide bilingual communication support for cross-border operations and supplier interactions.
• Support transportation sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating rates, and helping expand the logistics services portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inside sales, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Flex Rental software, ERP platforms, or order-management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics terminology and regulations related to shipping or handling sensitive products is a plus.
