Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mindset to help build, scale, and expand the business. This role aligns human resources initiatives with organizational and business objectives while actively supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth priorities.
The HR Manager acts as a trusted consultant to management and employees across a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, and training and development. The role proactively assesses and anticipates people-related needs and partners closely with the General Manager and other members of management to develop and implement practical, effective HR solutions that support a growing and evolving organization.
This position also requires support coordination related to technical resources, processes, and capabilities. Mandarin bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate parent-company objectives, translate technical and operational guidance, and ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Through strong collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, the HR Manager delivers value-added HR programs and services that support operational goals, strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and reflect the company’s overall business strategy. This position is onsite in Langhorne, PA.
Compensation
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At ND Sheets, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Results:
- Demonstrates safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Coordinates training and establishes clear organizational development plans to achieve a high-performance organization
- Consults with line management, providing support and guidance when appropriate
- Provides day-to-day human performance guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Oversees worker’s compensation and injury management program
- Provides input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Helps management to identify training needs for business units
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
- Work beyond normal work schedule as necessary to fulfill position responsibilities
- Carry out other responsibilities related to position as required.

Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Human Resources Management or related degree.
- Minimum of three years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, human performance, organizational diagnosis, training, federal and state employment laws
- Strong background in training and organizational development
- Safety knowledge, experience and interest, including regulatory compliance, safety standards, conscious and willing to work in an industrial environment, and being a champion for safety
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong initiative and perseverance
- Business acumen including cultural awareness and relationship management. Business and financial acumen: ability to understand and contribute to broader business strategy and decisions while appropriately linking HR strategies and programs to support the success of the business.
- Experience in identifying legal requirements and government reporting/regulations affecting HR functions to ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in the advanced features of Microsoft Office software products and HRIS applications.
