DV Manager
Join our team as the DV Advocacy Manager and lead the impactful work at the San Jose Family Justice Center (FJC). In this vital role, you'll oversee our anti-human trafficking program, collaborate with various managers, and ensure seamless integration with our Health Center. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating weekly FJC operations, and evaluating program outcomes. You'll develop policies, manage budgets, represent our agency in the community, and forge essential partnerships. Additionally, you'll provide crisis counseling, community education, and financial assistance to clients. Salary Range $80,000 - $94,000

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor Level Degree in a related field such as public health, social work, or social justice, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• Four years or more experience working in gender based/intimate partner violence, or human trafficking.
• One year or more supervisory experience.
• Completed state mandated 80-hour Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking training and has both Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Advocate privilege.
